Nick stole Andy's Rolex before the episode, then wore it until Andy noticed. He then pretended it was his and that he had been "investing in watches lately". After that, Andy gave him a watch he had been intending to gift him for a while now, which Nick didn't really appreciate at all since he's a Rolex guy now. Shout out Timex. Actually nice watches.
